The Tennessee Course for New Affiliates Online Course introduces students to practical applications and increases their understanding of listings, agency, contracts, fair housing, antitrust, risk reduction, license law, ethics, and finance; as well as compares differences in the real estate specialties of residential sales, commercial practice, and property management.
